Mr and Mrs. Ross O'Connor!!

 

 On Saturday December 10th, Ross and Carla said their vows and were happily married. It was a stunning wedding ceremony with so much class and detail. The were both beaming with light and excitement.

Isn't this the type of chapel you always dream of getting married in! Lovely.

Pre-ceremony jitters :)

Sadly, I wasn't feeling 100 percent the day of the wedding so this is all the photos we took as I had to go home early. I have included some pics from the days before the wedding below.

Transkei continued...

 I had two cameras rolling in the Transkei so you better believe you get two rounds of photos! This is us driving down the south coast to the Transkei.

 I love this photo! It's a flying fish!!

 So this is proof that there actually was a shark on the line. Gregg and Johnny think it was 30-40 kgs which is well over 50lbs. Gregg fought the shark for about 30 minutes and then the line broke. Gregg is pretty sure he needs to go back there next year and try again :)

So naturally I start doing some yoga on the beach- and Johnny decided he would come and add a new dynamic to my photo. I don't know... I think he has pretty good form here and could probably make it big as a ballerina. What do you think riko?? :)

 We almost stopped at this fast food diner, but we decided it was probably better to just go hungry. Classic Africa!

This was driving back to Johnny's house- and we drove past the local 'farmers market' if you will. These livestock were for sale on the side of the road. And, you can buy chickens dead OR alive for R50. What a bargain.

Transkei: Africa part 2

 

  This is South Africa's beautiful and amazing Transkei! This rugged coast line is South if Durban about 3 hours. We met up with our favorite peeps Craig, Leigh and Johnny for 4 nights of total relaxation. The Transkei is known for incredible fishing so that is exactly what we did. I had high hopes of catching a shark, but that didn't ever happen- HOWEVER Gregg had one on the line for over 30 minutes. So, we do know they are in there swimming around!!! Eish!
