Godspeed

On Friday, we drove to the Drakensburg, which is towards the coast from Johannesburg. Sadly, we were going there to attend a funeral. Shaun, a close friend of Gregg's lost his wife Jess due to swine flu. Jess was 8 months pregnant. Their baby, Joshua is doing well and will be such a light for Shaun and the family. We were grateful to have the time off to support him and see all of Gregg’s friends again.

The service was held at the Drakensburg Boys Choir, the school of a world renowned young boys choir. Their voices sounded like angels, one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard. What tribute to Jess.

Lucky me, I got to see Leigh Leigh. She and Craig flew in from London for the service.

Em, we are so sorry to hear about Jess, but glad that you were there for Gregg. Amazing how God puts you in the right places at the right time! We LOVE the updates and are so thankful for technology keeping us in touch while half a world away.
