Be Fri Visit

This weekend Jdogg came for her first San Diego visit. We had an incredible time together and I was very sad to see her go this afternoon. Highlights of our time together include:

The Jamaican Bobsled team for HALLOWEEN!!!
Many happy hours :)

Acai Bowls in Cardiff
Having J watch my Whole Foods Lecture and see me in my working element
Shopping
J meeting my new friends in Encinitas- Especially Denise, Christa and my yoga peeps
Super wallering (naturally)
A night out in downtown San Diego
Beach walk
Meditation Gardens

While In Africa, I learned...

to never take for granted my freedom and safty
everyone in this world has their own muddy corral to get through
to become unattached to my stuff
