road trip to Joshua Tree

 Denise invited me to spend the day with her at Joshua Tree. What a fabulous time we had! Some of the trips highlights include:

- climbing in the awesome piles of rocks
- meditating in the warm summer air of the desert
- almost stepping on a rattle snake. Yes, probable 18''away. Yes, we freaked out
- singing 'the gambler' at the top of our lungs
- searching for the perfect Joshua tree to do our yoga tree pose (which is when we found the snake!)
- seeing the Korean celebrity ( you had to be there... :)
- speaking Spanish with each other for the afternoon
